    To make sure our product able to remain its freshness and in good condition, rice dumpling will only Made to Order Received - we only start preparing and cooking the rice dumpling when only the order confirmed. We will hang and drain the dumpling overnight to cool it down & remove the water contain in it then only will Vacuum seal it firmly to prevent mould 以确保我们的粽子能够在送到顾客府上还是保持着它的新鲜度,我们只会在肯定订单后才开始准备与烹煮粽子 粽子将会吊起沥干水分,然后在真空封好防止粽子发霉

    Only the finest quality ingredients will be chosen to process and produce Hejia Bak Chang. All the ingredients chosen are all natural. No preservatives, MSG, artificial coloring been used in marinating process. For health purpose, less sugar and oil are using in producing Ingredient use: Fresh Pork Meat, Sugar, Cooking Oil,duck egg, glutinous rice, mushroom, chestnut, shrimps, red bean and etc 我们只采用上等材料来制作合家肉干,而且都选用天然食材 合家肉干腌料不含防腐剂,味精,人造色素 由于健康理由,我们都选用较少的糖和油来生产粽子 使用材料:新鲜猪肉,糖,食油,鸭蛋,糯米,冬菇,栗子,虾米,红豆等等
